The shop is at Room 1209, Dali Plaza, Shek Mun, Sha Tin. Bring your card directly to Room 1209, Dali Plaza, Shek Mun. Tai Wai, Fo Tan and Ma On Shan can drop by on the way home from work — no need to mail it in.
Sha Tin is the district with Hong Kong's only shop. The unit is at Room 1209, Dali Plaza, Shek Mun, about a 2-minute walk from Shek Mun Station on the Tuen Ma line. Kingswood Ginza is right next to Shek Mun Station; New Town Plaza, Grand Central Plaza, Sha Tin Centre and Hilton Centre are at Sha Tin Station; Tai Wai has The Wai; Ma On Shan has Sunshine City and Ma On Shan Plaza. All of these are within the area served by the shop — not a second shop.
Sha Tin Station, Che Kung Temple and City One are along the Tuen Ma line; Tai Wai about 10 minutes, Ma On Shan and Wu Kai Sha about 10 minutes. Fo Tan is on the East Rail; change at Tai Wai to the Tuen Ma line. Wo Che, Chun Shek, Lek Yuen and Pok Hong can walk or take a short bus ride to Sha Tin Station or Che Kung Temple Station. In this district most people can drop off a card on the way home from work — no need to mail it in.
Cards here are mostly home gaming and video-editing machines. Fo Tan industrial estates are dusty; once the fins clog, fans run at full speed and the card still throttles. Ma On Shan's Riviera, Wu Kai Sha and the seafront units suffer long-term dampness, so gold fingers and HDMI oxidise more easily. Customers from The Wai in Tai Wai, City One, Wo Che and Chun Shek usually come to Shek Mun the same day. The Sha Tin Station after-work crowd is just two stops from Shek Mun to Room 1209.

Sha Tin Common Card Problems
Throttling mid-game with fans screaming: very common after dust builds up in Fo Tan industrial-estate and old-estate chassis. Check the thermal paste and thermal pads first — a replacement card is not necessarily needed.
Discoloured 12VHPWR plug or a burnt smell: stop using it immediately. Room 1209, Dali Plaza can replace the connector and check for power shorts; bring the cable end with you.
Screen artifacts, checkerboard patterns, black screen as soon as the driver loads: usually the GDDR VRAM or a core cold-solder joint needs checking, using thermal imaging and VRAM diagnosis — not a heat gun.
Machines by the window in Sunshine City, Ma On Shan and Wu Kai Sha: damp air causes poor contact on gold fingers and output connectors; oxidation is checked during diagnosis.
Home machines in The Wai, Tai Wai and City One: mostly overheating or fans not spinning; come to Shek Mun the same day along the Tuen Ma line.
Setting out after work from around New Town Plaza: Sha Tin Station to Shek Mun is only a few minutes. If you cannot make it by 20:00, switch to SF Express.
