North has no branch. Repairs take place at Room 1209, Dali Plaza, Shek Mun, Sha Tin. A North District round trip takes time. Most customers send their cards by SF Express to Shek Mun, and have them sent back after repair.
North District has no branch. Landmark North, Metropolis Plaza and Sheung Shui Centre are at Sheung Shui Station; Fanling Town Centre, Fanling Centre and Luen Wo Hui are in Fanling. East Rail to Tai Wai, then change to the Tuen Ma line to Shek Mun, about 35 to 40 minutes. A round trip is often over an hour and a half, so this district defaults to SF Express to Shek Mun, with the card sent back to Sheung Shui or Fanling after repair.
Queen's Hill, Wah Ming and Cheung Wah: go to Fanling or Sheung Shui first. Sha Tau Kok and Ta Kwu Ling have no direct MTR, so a same-day round trip is not practical. There is no drop-off near North District Hospital either. Do not get your card reflowed in North District — BGA work is done in Shek Mun.

East Rail from Sheung Shui or Fanling to Tai Wai, change to the Tuen Ma line to Shek Mun, about 35–40 minutes.
North Common Card Problems
Overheating gaming cards in Sheung Shui and Fanling: in summer, if the chassis is against a wall, hot air cannot escape, and the card throttles first, then goes black.
A card left unused for a long time shows no display when plugged in again: clean and diagnose oxidised gold fingers first — the core is not necessarily dead.
Mailing a card from Sha Tau Kok or Queen's Hill: write Room 1209, Dali Plaza, Shek Mun, Sha Tin as the delivery address. Remove and send the card; the whole machine does not need to travel north then south.
Do not look for “same-day reflow” in North District. Cold-solder joints need a BGA rework station; the shop is in Shek Mun, not in Landmark North or Fanling Town Centre.

Sheung Shui
The shopping centres near Sheung Shui Station. Not repair shops. East Rail to Tai Wai, change to the Tuen Ma line, about 35 to 40 minutes; most customers switch to SF Express.
Within walking distance of Sheung Shui Station. Home cards can simply be removed and sent to Room 1209, Dali Plaza.
Fanling, Luen Wo Hui
Fanling Station. Same East Rail transfer at Tai Wai. These two shopping centres have no card drop-off counter.
Many small shops and home machines. Sending only the graphics card saves on shipping versus moving the whole machine. Luen Wo Hui has no branch.
Go to Fanling Station first, then change. The journey is long, so SF Express is more practical than a same-day round trip. Estate management offices do not accept cards.
Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling
No direct MTR. Going to Fanling or Sheung Shui first is not worth a same-day trip. Send it directly to Shek Mun.
The hospital is in the Fanling area, not a card drop-off point. Staff who need a card repaired likewise send or bring it to Shek Mun.
